If you are eating healthy and running for an hour everyday, then you can forget all about the bogus supplements.
You will lose tons of weight without them (they don’t actually do anything anyway).
You don’t need these supplements. The most they will do is give you some unpleasant digestive side effects (that’s what colon cleansing is.) Most people don’t need to cleanse their colon. If you’re concerned, just up your fiber with whole grains and fruits and veggies.
1 hour of jogging + healthy eating is all you need.
yeah this diet works, i did it and lost 10 lb in 2 weeks. these may not b ur results but it does work, so chin up! i would do the holland and barret aloe vera colon cleanser (these are not bogus extras btw… cough cough)
acia berry is a scam
yahoo actually posted a video addressing it the other day. apparently there’s no scientific evidence that supports the claim that it helps you lose weight.
and whatever you do DON’T buy the pills online. they say it’s a “free trial” but a woman ended up paying $200 a month because they refused to stop sending her bottles. apparently this case is widespread
Seriously… walk away, and keep walking, you’ll lose more weight that way.

I think you should have an open mind and try what you may feel that will work for you.
Taking Acai Berry and colon cleanser tablets are great because it helps give your body the boost into dieting and cleansing. But at the same time you need to be doing regular exercise and eating a balanced diet to see your desired results.
Am taking colon cleansing and Acai Berry supplements to help with my weight loss. But I do exercise also 4x a week. You don’t have to do as much as me, but do put a balanced diet and regular exercise into your routine.
I have seen results from the Acia Berry and using the colon cleansing.
